All Poco Peru sweaters will be shipped to you, via USPS Priority mail (with insurance and tracking) and, in most
cases should reach you within 2-3 days. Orders placed before 4pm (PST) will ship on the same day. Orders placed
after 4pm (PST) will ship the next day. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
However, we are currently working to working towards finding a cost-effective solution for our overseas customers.

of placing your order and then send it back to us. We’ll give you your choice of your money back or send you a
replacement. No questions asked.
There are a couple of conditions: The item needs to be returned to us unworn, unwashed and in the condition that
it was sent to you. We do not cover heat damage caused by improper washing. We provide washing instructions with
the product, when we ship them out. Please retain these instructions for your reference. In the case the you no

Unless it can be proven that the product is defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
